Former Democratic CD3 candidate and current State Representative Donald Valdez backs Adam Frisch for Congress

State Representative Donald Valdez endorsed Democratic candidate Adam Frisch today.  He believes Frisch will win the primary and defeat Boebert in the general election.

“Our rural district needs a mainstream candidate who embodies the values of the district and who can win. Nothing is more important than defeating Boebert this fall. It is painful to watch Boebert’s political antics and to see her ignore our people’s needs for her own self promotion. Adam's leadership in business and government and his calm demeanor make him the best candidate to defeat her,” said Donald Valdez, State Representative HD62.

HD62 represents Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Huerfano, Mineral, Pueblo, Rio Grande, and Saguache counties. Donald Valdez has represented the district since 2017.

“I am humbled to have State Representative Valdez’s endorsement. Representative Valdez is well respected, knows the southeastern part of our state and Pueblo well, and has decades of local experience in the agricultural, ranching, and business communities. I will continue to bring people like Donald Valdez together in a coalition to defeat Boebert in the general election. I am committed to getting things done for our district,” stated Adam Frisch, a former eight-year Aspen City Councilman and successful businessman running for the 3rd Congressional District.
